Beginner Singing Lessons
Our Singing Lessons for Beginners will provide you with an excellent foundation to help you understand how your voice works and learn how to sing with confidence. At one point, we were beginners just like you. We know how it feels when your voice doesn’t do the things you’d like it to do. How frustrating when the songs you love to sing don’t sound as good as you wish. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. With the right guidance, everybody who wants it badly enough can sing! You’ll start enjoying singing on an entirely different level and have lots of fun in the process.
A Singing Lesson for Beginners typically starts with a short physical warm-up to relax the body, followed by a range of breathing and vocal techniques. All exercises are tailored to your individual needs. We will also help you pick the right songs to translate the techniques you’ve learnt into practice, amongst all the songs that suit your style, music taste and voice type.
Our Singing Lessons for Beginners take place in a very relaxed environment where we aim to build your vocal skills and confidence as quickly as possible. We teach out of our studio in Lee Green – South East London (UK) or online. Our studio is located near public transport. We’re equipped with industry standard microphones, vocal rig, recording facilities and wi-fi access.
Suitable For: Absolute Beginners & singers with limited experience or very basic technical knowledge. Adults & children aged 8+
Intermediate Singing Lessons
Our Singing Lessons for Intermediate Singers will help you broaden your technical knowledge. You’re at the stage where you’ve spent some time working on your vocal technique. You know how to produce a sound with a balanced attack, can easily project your voice, sing in tune and have no trouble with pitch. You can access most of your vocal range without struggle. And breathing with your diaphragm while singing is now second nature. Things get really exciting, it’s now time to take things up a notch, as you might want to start tackling more challenging songs! This is where our Singing Lessons for Intermediate Singers come into play.
(BTW, if you feel like you haven’t mastered one of more of the elements mentioned above, you might want to have a look at our Singing Lessons For Beginners).
Our lessons will help you:
- Consolidate your breathing and vocal technique
- Develop vocal register awareness
- Work on vocal placement
- Improve your vocal delivery
- Recognise and use different tone qualities
In other words, you’ll gain a singing technique good enough to allow you to sing beautifully whilst keeping your voice safe. You’ll be able to use your chest and head voice (or modal and falsetto registers) whenever suitable and appropriate. You’ll learn how to use the cavities in your body and skull to enhance the resonance of your voice. And you’ll explore and use the nuances of your voice to deliver amazing renditions of your favourite songs.
Our Singing Lessons for Intermediate Singers are aimed at all those students who are determined to master their singing. Our ultimate goal for is to get you on the right path to fulfilling your singing potential.

Advanced Singing Lessons
We offers 4 different types of Singing Lessons for Advanced Singers:
- Technique Based
- Audition Prep
- Recording Studio Prep
- Repertoire Based
Here is a detailed description of what each type of lesson entails.
- The TECHNIQUE BASED Sessions are Singing Lessons designed to help singers overcome specific technical challenges.
If you’re struggling to overcome a technical challenge or feel rusty and need to refresh a specific vocal or breathing technique, you might want to focus your attention on the causes that are preventing you from achieving your desired vocal delivery. Typical examples of techniques covered include vocal relaxation techniques that will help you access the top of your range with ease, vocal agility techniques that will allow you to increase pitch accuracy through quick music phrases (think the vocal licks sung by Christina Aguilera or Stevie Wonder). Or breathing techniques to sustain long notes without running out of breath. Sometimes all you need to become a better singer are a few tweaks and a little help from an experienced vocal coach.
- The AUDITION PREP Sessions will help you learn the principles of an effective performance to impress your audience.
When it comes to auditioning, more than just a trained voice comes into play. Whether you’re auditioning to join a band or get a part, you typically have a limited amount of time to make a first great impression. So while a well-trained voice is an essential pre-requisite, space awareness, stage technique, eye contact and microphone technique are all fundamental elements you also need to be proficient in. Want to maximise your chances of success? We have the experience and knowledge to transform you into an accomplished performer and allow you to face your next audition with 100% confidence in your performance ability.
- With the RECORDING STUDIO PREP Sessions, you will get the knowledge and confidence to lay down some stunning vocals.
Singing in a recording studio requires a specific skill set and approach, in order to achieve the perfect result in terms of execution and sound. Technique, confidence and focus are all necessary ingredients to record a great vocal take, and we can help you develop all of them, teaching you how to expressively sing your songs on-pitch, with good tone and stamina, evaluate your tracks and fix errors. We’ll also get you up to speed with studio jargon and teach you the basics of effects such as delay, reverb and compression. This will simplify the communication with your sound engineer and massively help in practical situations such as getting the right headphone mix, enhancing the natural qualities of your voice and giving directions during the final stages of your vocal tracks’ mix.
Your vocals are going to be the focal point of your songs, we can prepare you to get a flawless result.
- With the BUILD YOUR REPERTOIRE Sessions we’ll help you select and master the right songs to build a killer repertoire for any occasion.
There are situations where having the right repertoire can make or break a deal. These include approaching promoters and venues to get gigs, a manager or an entertainment agency for representation or deciding the playlist for your own demo. We can help you select the right songs, place them in the most effective order and help you master each of the songs with specific vocal techniques and stylistic guidance, to maximise your chances of success.
